Your Fitness Coach

A healthy lifestyle starts with a strong, fit body. As your fitness coach I will help design a program that fits YOUR needs & support you through each workout. My programs focus on muscle strength/building, weight loss, weight maintenance, basic nutrition, recovery techniques & wellness.

I offer affordable, balanced & realistic (no counting calories, carbs, etc.) client-centered care flexible to meet YOUR needs. I will be YOUR number one mentor, cheerleader & accountability partner, but most importantly, I will help you get healthier, feel YOUR best & improve your quality of life!

I'm a military veteran, wife, mother of 4 & grandmother of 4. I'm also a certified personal trainer, women's fitness coach & certified nutrition coach. Growing up I was told I was fat & had a complex about my weight. I started exercising & tried several fad diets from age 11 until early adulthood. No matter what I did, I ALWAYS saw a fat person when I looked in the mirror.

 

At age 19, I enlisted in the Air Force hoping to get in great shape & to travel & was fortunate to do both.​ After years of working a desk job and not being satisfied, I knew it was time for a change. As a military physical training leader & manager, my friends saw my passion for exercise & encouraged me to do what I love. Help others get stronger & healthier!​

 

As a woman in my 50s & who has experienced menopause, I struggle just like you! I know how hard it is to lose weight & keep it off! I know the pain of not fitting in your clothes & not being able to eat like you used to. ​The good news is we are in this together! No matter your age, fitness level, lifestyle, etc. it's NEVER too late to get in shape and be YOUR best self!
