What if I can't make it to an assessment or workout session?
There may be times when you won't be able to make it to a scheduled appointment as things come up unexpectedly. Please contact me 24 hours in advance when possible & at the latest, a few hours prior to your scheduled time. Otherwise you will be charged as normal.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
Cash App, Zelle, check or cash.
What makes you different from any other personal trainer?
First, I am not focused on making a profit! My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals as much as possible. The only way I can do this is by getting to know you & your lifestyle habits so I can create the best program for you. Second, I will ensure you receive the tools, knowledge, support, motivation, whatever it takes to get you on the right track to living a healthier, happier, and hopefully fuller life. I will help you find the best exercise routine that works for you & one you look forward to. Also, nutrition that is realistic with no fad diets & a plan focused on a healthy lifestyle, especially as you age. A plan that is easy to follow and stick with. All you have to do is commit & I will be there with you!
Do you have a refund or cancellation policy?
If you have followed the program accordingly and are not fully satisfied after 30 days, please contact me and I will ensure you get a refund. If you want to cancel my services at any time please contact me as well.
